This is who is working for you here at Grenier Financial Advisors

Pat Grenier, Principal
RR, CFP®, MBA
Pat is all about family—and that is the way she approaches each of her clients, as if they are a member of her family.
A trailblazer, big-picture thinker, and fierce advocate for her clients, Pat gets the job done and the details right. She has a can-do, will-do determination that is infectious. Ask her advice, and you will find that she is a sensitive listener, a thoughtful problem-solver, a careful planner, and relentless fact-checker. These are skills she developed at a very young age, as the family interpreter and liaison for her large Ecuadorean family. Her passions run to South American cooking, gardening, and large family get-togethers at her home (think 35 for dinner).
Pat began her career working for large financial groups, where she came to believe that every client is best served with deeply personalized service—a passion that drove her to become an independent financial advisor in 1990 and develop her “Hearts and Mind Approach.”
“Our job is to help people blend their personalities, lifestyles, and goals into a viable plan that makes them feel safe, comfortable, and secure. We iron out the idiosyncrasies and weed through all of the information to know what is appropriate for each client based on their circumstances.”
Through speaking engagements and regular articles in local and national publications, she has provided advice to women navigating financial planning. She is also involved in the community and has been a tireless community advocate. She is on the board of the Mason Wright Senior Living Community, and has served on many boards, including the Women’s Partnership of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, the Boy Scouts of America, and the YWCA of Springfield.
Pat has more than 30 years of experience as a financial planner and holds a CFP® designation as well as MBA and BSBA degrees from Western New England University. She has two children and lives in East Longmeadow, MA, with her husband Larry.
“I treat every person who walks through our door like an extension of my family, and am a supportive confidante and advocate for all my clients at all stages of their lives. It is profoundly important to me that all people meet their life’s goals and live their lives feeling safe and secure.”

Kim Bourdeau
Licensed Sales Assistant and Director of Client Services

“Quality and timeliness of service has always been important to me.”
As the Client Services Administrator I enjoy assisting our clients with opening new accounts and servicing their existing accounts. No matter how big or small the task is I am always here to help. Our clients can count on me. Being in the financial services industry for the past 18 years and the last 7 years working with Pat, has helped me to be able to assist the clients with all of their account servicing needs.
Michael Simpson
Financial Advisor-Director of Research

In an era of information overload and sensationalized news, interpreting the market and economic data is critical to making the right investment and financial decisions for your future.
Through my past work with national investment firms and my position today with Grenier Financial Advisors, I have developed a deep understanding of investment analysis and the capital markets that guide our clients through the tricky financial planning process.
Coupled with Pat Grenier’s Hearts and Minds Approach, I take both the long view and the short view when it comes to financial planning, thinking about who our clients are today and where they’ll want to be in the future. In fact, I often like to quote the great hockey player Wayne Gretzky who said, “A good hockey player plays the puck; a great hockey player plays where the puck is going to be.”
Graham Young
Financial Plan Advisor

Graham brings a unique perspective to his role in the financial advisory arena. As a Proprietor and former business owner, he understands the challenges and opportunities that entrepreneurs face in today’s dynamic financial landscape. This firsthand experience fuels his passion for helping clients navigate their financial journeys. His professional background allows him to offer insights that go beyond traditional financial advice.
His prior position at an independent financial advisory firm has exposed Graham to many facets of financial advisory.
Joshua Teng
Client Services Administrator

There is nothing like service with a smile. I am a driven, conscientious, and optimistic professional with a background in hospitality. Graduating from The University of Massachusetts Lowell, I developed the hard work ethic that will get results here at Grenier Financial Advisors. Financial planning is one life topic that I wish more people are exposed to at a younger age. My mission is to provide clients with the best resources available and to connect you with our experts! I am grateful to be a part of Pat’s team, in which I am always learning something new.

Like his wife Pat, Larry is dedicated to family and knows the importance of keeping clients informed and engaged in their financial futures. His marketing efforts bring clients into the fold with informative financial news and updates while showcasing the good work of the whole Grenier team.
